Yes!: It can definitely grow and the growth is very concerning. If testicular lump is detected and especially if its growing, immediate medical attention is crucial. Early detection of testicular cancer is important as in early stage testicular is a curable disease. If scrotal lump arises from testicle, further evaluation with ultrasound is performed.
