How can i find out the causes of my headake?

See your doctor: There are many causes to headaches. Some are more serious and most are not so serious. Because an examination is a critically important part of making the diagnosis, it is important for one to see their family doctor or internist. They may be able to make the diagnosis after one visit, or they may suggest additional tests or a referral to a neurologist. Either way, start with your doctor.

See your doctor: The first thing you should do is go to the website of e.g. the National Headake Foundation or the American Headake Society & read up on headakes in general so when you see your doctor, you're not starting with no understanding of headakes whatever.
