Biofinity contact lenses - do they allow for extended wear?

No: Biofinity contact lenses are meant to be 2-4week replacement. 2 weeks if you wear them over night, 4 weeks if you take them out at night. Extended wear would make the eye red and irritated and put yours eyes at risk for serious complications.
