Sounds like..: You need to figure out what is causing the anxiety... A psychologist may be helpful if you have trouble figuring things out on your own..

Many possibilities: Find a sleep specialist. Could be due to a new anxiety disorder that's manifesting. High stress levels, etc. Seeing a sleep specialist will allow him/her to get a more thorough history and get to the likely root of the problem, and make referrals to psychiatry, etc if indicated.
