Sure is: This has been well established by neurological and neuropsychogical research with early descriptions noting a neurological basis as early as the 1920s in an article by george still titled "fidgety phil who couldn't sit still". Yes: When doctors want to discuss a disorder they need a label. Adhd is such a label. It becomes a disorder (never an illness) when you want the behaviors repressed. Often it is simply the way people who learn hands on are viewed by people who learn by talking or seeing.
