No: It could cause a very unpleasant "antabuse-like reaction." not dangerous, but no fun. Wait until at least 48 hours after your last dose.

No: From personal experience as well as from patients who have done this, it is a very unpleasant and unnecessary experience. You are not likely to do it twice.
