What can happen if you just start taking the max dose of amitriptyline without titrating up to it?

Side effects: Side effects may make this unpleasant and some people are very sensitive and may have cardiac irregularities (impaired metabolism at 2d6). If you have already tolerated the higher dose and are just restarting, it is unlikely to be dangerous but might be unpleasant.
