Is theraflu safe to take while pregnant?

Depends: There are several types of theraflu, so it is difficult say. Generally, anything with "tylenol (acetaminophen)" in the name is considered safe, even tylenol (acetaminophen) cold and sinus. Certainly avoid anything with sudafed or alcohol - a common component in many cough syrups.

Yes unless high BP: Theraflu and other similar cold medicines are safe in pregnancy. Avoid sudafed or the products that contain Pseudoephedrine if you have high blood pressure. Use the sugar free versions if you have gestational diabetes.
