A member asked:

I have tampons filled with clear fluids instead of blood during my period, what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vaginal secretions: Usually this is normal vaginal secretions that serve to lubricate and keep the pH (acidity) stable. Rarely this can be from a connection between the bladder and vagina, but that would not just occur during your monthly cycle, and would usually cause other problems like recurrent bladder infections.
