Many possibilities: Unfortunately you haven't mentionned what your symptoms are or what you have tried...There are many good medications...With few side effects, including prescription intranasal steroids(safe and effective). The best idea is to see a board certified allergist for a consultation and testing..Then they can recommend specific treatment for your symptoms(&living conditions, ..Ie. ?Pets, ?Mites) good luck.
