None???: Your post is unclear; "redness" in the face can be anything from sun exposure; to something more serious like dermatitis; or lupus...Best to have your doctor 'eyeball' this in order to get adequate evaluation and treatment.

What part of face?: Where in the face is the redness? If you have redness in the nasolabial folds and the hair line is probably seborrheic dermatitis. If you have redness in the malar area ( butterfly shape both cheeks and nasal bridge ) may be rosacea, lupus or others. Redness is also a sign of cellulitis ( infection of the skin). Acne may cause red spots too. Telangiectasias (spider veins) are red too.

Many things: I agree. Redness can be from exposure, medication side effects, allergic reactions, eczema, rosacea, contact, trauma from aggressive cleaning to more serious conditions like autoimmune diseases. Have your primary care physician do a history and physical exam.
