See an allergist: While it is possible, it is very unusual for people to develop more and more true allergies over time. In some cases, the reactions people experience are unrelated to food (such as in chronic hives). In other cases, people may develop intolerances to foods that are different from an allergy, which is a very specific type of immune response. You should talk with an allergist about your concerns.
