Not come across one!: Good evening, during my 40 years of practice, I have not come across a patient with an allergy to acetaminophen. I do not see any reason to worry about other medications, you need to avoid. When we say allergy, we mean a reaction due to presence of a specific antibody that causes symptoms of allergy. I am not aware of any test to show that I have an allergy to acetaminophen. We worry about toxicit.
