Urethritis or UTI: Vaginal mucus &/or bacteria can enter his urinary opening and cause inflammatory urethritis or a uti. Suggest 1st he urinates after sex, to clean out urethra. Use a condom if problem continues. Possibly has wide penis compared to width of your vagina. If so, will improve with time.
