Probably isn't LCP: You list your age as 44, so it's probably not legg-calve-perthes disease. Lcp is a condition that affects growing children. The blood supply to the femoral head is affected and the femoral head collapses and changes shape. There is a similar condition in adults called osteonecrosis or avascular necrosis of the hip. The best thing to do is see an adult orthopaedist.
