Not likely: Every person and situation is different, i need to say that you should ask your doctor. Generic advice however would be, if you had zero post surgery complications then 6-8 weeks after your c-section you should be able to restart exercise at a lower rate/intensity and slowly increase over time. Listen to your body, a c-section is a major abdominal surgery and healing takes time...
