It sounds like: You have sinusitis with a post nasal drip. You may need a round of antibiotics but flonase, generic, is a nasal steroid that, if used at night, turns post nasal drip into an antiinflammatory gruel. It could be viral allergies or even bacterial so i would go in but Flonase is cheap, safe, highly effective and good to have around, good luck.
