Individual diff.: If your preventative meds have either sharply cut down or eliminated your migraines in the past 3 months, you could likely slowly taper the dosage. If the effect has been minimal or without benefit, could try a different approach, such as botox. Maybe long-term otc preps would fit you better, such as riboflavin, butterbur, co-q10, magnesium? Have some of the trigger events been addressed?
