Very upper part of stomach under breast bone hurts when i breathe to deep it's achy pain. just started today. what could it be?

Pain with Breathing: Pain with deep breathing usually means inflammation of muscle or cartilage around rib cage. Rest, nsaids, muscle relaxants usually help. If it bothers you more than a few days, if you feel out of breath or if it gets worse, please see your doctor.
