Anxiety: Feelings of nausea and upset stomach can happen to people who get really anxious. The key is in controlling how you react to your stressors. I recommend my patients have counseling - there they learn breathing techniques and other ways to manage stress. Sometimes medications can help with anxiety as well. Best of luck to you!
