Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim): I have not heard of any side effects o Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) causing back pain. Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) is an broad spectrum antibiotic.
