It could be: Drinking alcohol excessively can irritate the lining of your stomach, causing gastritis. If severe, it can bleed. If you've been drinking like this for a long time, you can have enlarged blood vessels in your esophagus which can also bleed -- and which could be "puked." please see your physician about this bleeding, and also take a look at your drinking habits.
