Wait: Make a record of wife's menstrual cycle. The doctor may want to see 12 mos. Of this. Determine if she is ovulating by getting her temperature in the morning. Both need to agree to see the doctor. Wife will see a gynecologist. Husband will see a urologist.

Not yet: Depending on your age, up to a year is an acceptable time to wait before getting medical evaluation. If in your mid 30s, after 6 months is an appropriate time to see a doctor.
