Left side pain: Colitis occurs in left lower abdomen, relieved by antibiotics/mild diet. Back pain can radiate from back into buttock, upper part of back of leg. Muscles, joints, kidney stones, pelvic organs are all in your possible causes. Consider bending forward at hips with legs straight: pain maybe disc related. Leaning back as far as you can maybe back facet /sacroiliac joint issues.
