Progesterone: Swollen breasts are from high estrogen and/or low progesterone. You can use Progesterone starting as soon as your breasts start to swell and take it before bed to help your sleep. If you get an over the counter Progesterone cream, be sure that it doesn't have parabens as a preservative because they have been suspected of increasing the risk of breast cancer.
