Diverticulitis?: Abdominal pain in the lower left abdomen is commonly associated with diverticulitis among many other conditions. You may want to fiollow up with your gp if this does not resolve. Further work up with imaging such as an ultrasound or hysteroscopy or colonoscopy may be warranted.
