Can tonsil stones be dangerous in early pregnancy?

Unlikely: Tonsil stones, or tonsiliths are food particles that accumulate in the crypts (or tiny little tunnels) within your tonsils. As such, they are unlikely to be dangerous to your pregnancy unless the food you ingested is dangerous to your pregnancy.
