This is not a : Sign u are pregnant. You likely just ovulated and there would not be sufficient time for an embryo to create sufficient hormones. That's rarely a sign anyway, it's mostly nausea ANS fatigue. It sounds like u r worried though and we never discourage a pregnancy test; likewise the pill can help breast tenderness and prevent unplanned pregnancy if concerned.
