Go see your doc: You can try triple paste diaper rash cream. I would see your doc to make sure it is not a fungal infection.

Intertrigo: It is possible you have intertrigo. This can be caused by a fungus so check with your doctor or dermatologist.

It could be a yeast: Infection as this area can stay moist, especially if we have enough breast tissue that gravity becomes a 'factor'. I assume the area is pretty red? Try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream or powder, and keeping the area exposed to the air as much as possible. If it doesn't get better in a week, please call your doctor.
