Severe allergies?: Constant PND from allergies is one possibility. The other is a viral infection that can lead to a sinus infection. If the symptoms persists for ?2-4 weeks or more, then it could lead to chronic sinusitis. Go see your doctor. A nasal spray (flonase) may be the only thing you need.
