Unlikely..: If you have a lump here that has grown in the last 4 weeks, it is unlikely to be cancer, which doesn't usually grow that fast. It is more likely to be a collection of fluid or hydrocele, or an infection like epididimitis, or an infection in the inguinal canal above the testes which can occur in some venereal diseases like chlamydia. It can also be an inguinal hernia. See your doctor to find out.

Go see your doctor: Unfortunately, we can't diagnose cancer over the internet w/o physical exam & testing. Could you have a cancer? Sure. But could this be something else? Absolutely. That's why you need to go see your family physician for an evaluation. S/he will be able to either reassure you immediately or order appropriate testing to determine the cause. The only thing we can do here is speculate.
