A member asked:

What can i do to keep my adrenaline going?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Adrenaline: Typically, adrenaline goes as long as you need it unless you have an abnormality of the adrenal gland. Fatigue during exercise is not typically a problem of the adrenal, it is a problem of the muscles, cardiovascular system or stored fuel (typically glycogen). Fatigue is usually an appropriate way of your body protecting you from harm.
