See your physician.: I assume the feeling of dehydration is coming from a dry mouth. If so, it can be a sign of diabetes or a side effect of any medication you may be taking (over 400 medications are known to do this). See your physician and let him evaluate possible causes. If it is a medication you take, maybe he can switch to a different drug that won't dry you out.
