Normal for you...: Everybodys' body is different; if this is what normally occurs when you get sick(and you have no other health issues) then i would not look into it further; just accept this as part of "you". If not then please visit with your primary care physician and the two of you can explore this further. Best of luck.

Viral / illness sx: Part of most viral infections... Like a "cold or flu" will have myalgias as an initial symptom. Myalgia= muscle ache/ pain. Tylenol/advil helps along with rest and water....
