are there any adverse effects of taking thorazine (chlorpromazine) with aderall?

Dr. Marc Zimmermann

Possibly: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a stimulant. Thorazine is a major tranquilizer. These medications can interfere with each other. Consult your prescribing physician if you have concerns.
