Use dispenser: Not remembering to take medications is very comon. Try getting into habits of when you take meds. Use a pill dispenser, they can be found at most pharmacies, and are made even for the week. Put the dispenser near something you do every morning to remind you to take meds, etc. If you struggle otheriwse, discuss with your dr. For continuity of care. Good luck.
