NO: Percocet is oxycodone (an opioid) combined in a fixed dose with Acetaminophen (tylenol (acetaminophen)). Neither irritates the gastric mucosa and therefore will not contribute to ulcers or gastritis. Too much tylenol (acetaminophen) can lead to liver damage.
