I had an opiate problem and used xanax (alprazolam) to quit. now i'm addicted to those and hate it even more. what can i do?

See detox: You should see a detoxification specialist. These drugs are all addicting and you will need help. It's not a good idea to use one to help you get over another. In your case, xanax (alprazolam) is actually a worse addiction. I hope you get better but you will need help.
