Does eye color have any effect on your vision?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: But lighter eyes stay dilated longer when eye drops are used to dilate them. Albinos (who mostly lack pigment) do have vision problems (greater glare) from lack of pigment, but mostly from an unrelated reason (foveal hypoplasia).
