Talk to your Doctor: Sclerotic bone lesions involving multiple bones in a patient with known malignancy is highly concerning for bone metastasis (spread of tumor to the bones). Additional differential considerations include paget's disease, lymphoma, bone infarcts and hyperparathyroidism. You should discuss your results with your treating physician to formulate a plan on further work up and management decisions.
