Yes: It is definitely possible to get syphilis from oral sex. Hiv is more rarely transmitted through unprotected (no condom) oral sex with men, and very rare with oral sex with women. People at risk ar emore likely to have bad gums or sores in their mouths that provide easier entry for the hiv. It is safer to to use condoms (men) or dental dams (women) for oral sex.
