So many reasons...: Proceeded foods are foods that have been chemically processed and made from refined ingredients and artificial substances (preservatives, colorants, flavor enhancers, and texturants). Usually contain added sugar or high fructose corn syrup, high in trans fats or vegetable oils. They also tend to be low in fiber and nutritional value. Basically they are bad for you. Eat sparingly or not at all.
