Probably benign but: Although this is likely benign, any new lesion or change to existing lesions should be checked; squamous cell carcinoma, a treatable skin cancer, is often described as a sore or pimple that doesn't heal, and can bleed easily.

Hemangioma: Is the technical name for a collection of small vessels that will bleed when pricked . It can be cured by a laser and is harmless. Usually people have several and tend to get more as they age and do not turn into cancer.
