Best tx: prevention: See following site: http://www.Nhs.Uk/conditions/chilblains/pages/preventionpage.Aspx prevention is best treatment: avoid caffeine, nicotine, decongestants that can constrict blood vessels. Calcium channel blocker Nifedipine has been used with some success since it dilates blood vessels.
