How do i know if i have stress fractures?

XRAY: The initial test to check for a stress fracture is to do an x-ray. If the x-ray does not show the fracture, you can get an MRI to look for the break. A bone scan can also be done to look for a stress fracture, but it is not as specific as the mri.
