Don't: You should never go against the directions on the package. Too much aleve (naproxen) can damage the liver.

Ulcer or bleed: That is well above the recommended maximum daily dose of two tablets twice daily. A dose that high increases the risk of ulcer, GI bleeds and kidney impairment.

Nothing, people: Use it for arthritis pain all the time, they are not sick. Take in the appropriate amount if needed for pain, it can cause stomach or other issues if taken excessively. Just curious, why did u take it anyway?

Don't exceed the max: Don't exceed the maximum daily dose prescribed. If you need more medicine than that, ask your doctor for more. Explain that it doesn't have to be just one medicine, so that if you have already tried one, maybe consider taking two medicines at a time.
