Many causes: You can try avoiding alcohol at least an hour before bed, get daily exercise, go to bed at the same time each night, keep your bed only for sleeping, if you can't get to sleep within 15 minutes get up and do something quiet until you are tired and try again, and you can try melatonin. Otherwise i would suggest you see a sleep specialist.
