Vision loss!: Depending on the wavelength, intensity, and duration of exposure, there can be damage to your retina, and if looked at directly, damage to your macula, which is responsible for central and detailed (not peripheral) vision. If you perceive vision loss, see an ophthalmologist promptly. Avoid future accidents like this!
