C-Spine black spot: On your skin or on an image (e.g. Mri?)? If the skin is a concern, make sure to see your pcp or a dermatologist. If you had it show up on an mri, there are various options. Please have them explain to you what it was they thought, and perhaps have your doc take a sample of it (skin- or other structure). Good luck!

On skin?: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.

See your PCP: The black spot on your c spine can be signs of harmless or serious conditions, depending on its nature. If the black spot did not go away in 2-3 weeks, it would be best if you visited a doctor for clinical exam in order to find out the cause.
