Confusing: Nuclear stress test showed decreased counts in the bottom part of your heart that is due to body tissue vs. Decreased blood flow. This is confusing for you but sometimes the interpreting physician can't tell what is real vs. Artifact. Talk to your physician.

Not clear: May be scar from old infarct or technical defect (attenuation) which is not considered disease.
